Brent Cates has been a musician literally since the age of 4, playing percussion. He crafted percussion and keyboards as a performer since the age of 14 and by 20 had his first band project, Two Step – A Dave Matthews Tribute that toured the east coast.
After that project ended, he learned to play the guitar, and as they say, “the rest is history”. Brent has shared the stage with Lifehouse, Three Days Grace, Staind, Better Than Ezra, and many more. For the last 10 years he plays guitar and fronts The Brent Cates Band, behind his first album release “Wasted Words”. His infectious soulful voice, wows the crowd every time. A great night of music is always in store when Brent Cates is on the stage.
