Dan Hood is an award winning musician and composer with 20 years of industry experience. His vast background from session work to custom compositions gives him a unique edge for developing stock music tracks as well as custom scores.
Dan has been a staple and very well-respected guitar player and singer in the Charlotte area for many years. He has played with the likes of the Blue Dogs, U-Phonik, Gal Friday and even shared the stage with Hootie & the Blowfish in 2018. Dan keeps his chops honed playing guitar, bass, mandolin, banjo, keyboard, percussion and much more. Dan’s work has won many awards, including an Addy award for work he did with Hot Sake Studios, and recently a regional Emmy award for contribution on “From the Heart” a documentary on bullying. His acoustic show is a great night of music and one you’ll want to see over and over again.
